Poor temperature control
The stirrer works fine, but it is very difficult to set the hotplate to intermediate temperatures.Despite experimentation I could not set the temperature control to warm to any temperature below 65 degrees when heating approx 250 ml or water in a beaker.Unfit for my purpose, so I have to return it.

A great tool for any laboratory. Has been working great for me.
This magnetic stirrer has been working great in my photographic darkroom and lab. I have wanted one for a while and finally decided to try this one. It works exactly as I expected it to. I rarely have to use the temperature control but I did test it out and it seems to work fine.
