Great service and quality, though not a hit with my little one
I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately, my little one wasn't a fan of the taste. However, my husband tried it and said it actually tastes pretty good—just a matter of personal preference for the kids, I guess! What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. When I requested a return, they issued a refund immediately and told me there was no need to send the product back. This gives me so much peace of mind because it proves they would never repackage and resell a returned food item to another customer. That is incredibly ethical and responsible! Even though it didn't work out for my toddler, I’m giving 4 stars for the quality of the product and the seller's integrity. It’s a convenient, healthy snack (100% fruit!), and I’m sure many other kids would enjoy it.
