Offensive name- Ayurveda stens from Hinduism
Offensive title, using the word bible with a work/ scripture that is related to Hinduism. What more are you going to steal from that culture and not give proper respect to it?#CULTUREVULTURE

loaded with helpfull information (or reminders) to keep on track with your health
Introductory book, pocket size, with quality glossy paper and about 1 picture every other page. Part 1: Understanding Ayurveda (about 70 pages). Part 2: Maintaining health and well-being (about 60 pages). Part 3: Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment (about 100 pages). Part 4:Tools of Ayurvedic treatment (about 90 pages). They do explain the 3 doshas and how to determine which one you are. I like the content about the 6 tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, astringent. They prone healthy habits (use natural products to brush teeth, drink tea & herbal tea, massage, meditation, nutritious fresh food, spices, good quality sleep, detoxifie). They indicate how to balance excess and deficiency... Overall, this small book is loaded with helpfull information (or reminders) to keep on track with your health (body and mind). I just wish it was a full-sized book, so I could leave it open on my coffee table.

Great Book
I already have a copy of this book but it is falling apart, so I got a new one... If you need to understand the topic, this is a good book to start with

It states that apple's are not Sattvic food, however this is not true. I would debate the accuracy of all the facts written in this book.
