OHR CANDLES E-Z Light 44 Jelled Olive Oil Chanukah Candles Jelled Prefilled Olive Oil -1.5 Hour Burntime

I stumbled across these when looking for wicks for my menorah. They are so much easier to use than wicks and filling my cups with oil and a whole lot easier to clean up. They have burned beautifully for me for the past six days of Hanukkah! I haven't timed how long they last but it seems to be about the 2.5 hours they advertise. They burn most of the evening which I love. I wish I had found them sooner.

I highly recommend these. Last year, I bought The Dreidel Company's jelled oil cup candles. They were messy and the cups were oily. I was reluctant to purchase any jelled oil candles this year but wanted to use my Chanukiah I am very glad I bought these. Most importantly, they were not oily. I liked them so much, I set up a reminder to buy them again next year.

These lights arrived greasy, but all there. On the first night neither lamp stayed lit. One of them did not even last 15 minutes much less the 2 1/2 hours as stated. After trying to adjust the wick, stir up the "gel", and multiple relightings we gave up. Very, very disappointing on the first night. Now we will hunt down some candles for the rest of Chanukah, but this product spoiled the celebration while the whole family was here. I will try and return these, but you should never buy them in the first place. Extremely poor quality and performance

In use these every year for Channukah. They do not leak like the liquid cups do. I highly recommend these for your oil Hanukkias.

The plastic cups that hold the oil started melting after only a few minutes of being lit. I was very surprised and now I'm a little worried about continuing to use these for the remaining nights. I will definitely keep a close watch to advert a disaster.

Easy to use

Overall these candles worked well. However after 4 nights of Hannukah we have already had 2 candles which did not burn as the wicks were damaged. They appeared to be there but when we lit the candles they did not catch a flame and we could not get them to light. This is a problem because the box only contains 44 candles with no extras in case of a problem. I contacted Amazon to let them know about this.

These oil candles are designed well with "thick spikes" to fit into our oil menorah. They burn well. It is difficult to find these and some oil candles don't fit our menorah because they don't have the "spikes." Therefore, I put a note in my calendar to order them weeks before Hannukah next year. I gave 2 stars for longevity because I don't think any oil candles can be saved for the next year like regular candles can.
