I’ve been using the BeaverCraft Leather Strop for Knife Sharpening, and it is a practical and effective tool for maintaining sharp edges on my knives. The paddle design is comfortable to handle and allows for consistent stropping, making it a good value for the price. My only minor observation is that the leather is relatively thin (2–3oz). In my experience, 5–6oz leather provides a slightly better feel and more consistent results when stropping. Despite that, this strop is well-suited for everyday maintenance, and it performs reliably for keeping edges polished and razor-sharp.

This Strop is the go to for honing knives in my kitchen for all my cooks. I've been a professional chef for 25 years and if you have never used a simple leather strop top hone you're knives, it is the professional way of getting knives to absolutely Razer sharp. No resistance whatsoever. Use this strop once a day on your knives for a safe, completely sharp edge.

以前、もっと安い革砥を買って使っていましたが、この革砥に買い換えてからはとても満足しています。ウクライナ製でちゃんとした作りです。安物とは革の質感が異なります。粗いのほうに青棒を塗り、反対側の滑らかな革のほうには何も塗らずに使っています。青棒側で研ぐときもスムーズに気持ちよく研げます。青棒で研いだ後に、反対側の滑らかな革で軽く当てて使っています。砥石できちんと研いだあとに糸刃をつける感覚で使っています。砥石だけで完了させるより、とても切れるようになります。食材に刃を当てたとき、刃の入りがとても良いです。コピー用紙の紙筒も刃を当てた瞬間に引っかかりがありサァーッと切ることができます。砥石も重要で切刃⇒小刃⇒糸刃と付けますが、仕上げはこの革砥です。当てているときの感触がまたいいんです。素晴らしいです。
