Pod Technical Cardiopod II Stethoscope Case for All Littmann Stethoscopes - Carbon

Perfect fit for the Steth and a couple of bits.

I’ve been using a pod technical classic pod micro for the last four years now (and it still looks like new) and I’ve loved it, so when I got a new Littman CORE, my first stop for a protective case was pod! The first thing that struck me was the SIZE of it, you can see it next to my micro for a comparison, but the size IS justified when you see how it keeps the stethoscope nice and safe with a bend radius that won’t damage the tubing. Plenty of ancillary storage space is given with a HUGE elasticated pocket covering the one side of the case and a moulded insert for the stethoscope itself. In addition you have a cavity for a PulseOx (which I have used for the charging cable) and spaces for spare earbuds. The only criticism/suggestion I would make is that the well for the bell is made deeper as it just seems to be very minimal. It feels strong and well made with a high quality zip. I look forward to MANY years of using this case.

Doesn’t securely hold the stethoscope, care is needed to ensure the entire contents don’t fall out when you open it . Won’t be using it.

Pretty solid item designed to keep your expensive stethoscope safe from scratches and knocks on your bag. Keeps a Littmann Cardilogy IV flat with no kinking of the tube. Looks big but quite slimline so shouldn’t take up excessive space in your bag. Small pocket for items such as a pen torch but because it’s so slimline you couldn’t carry much. Has a small bit designed to hold me a pulse ox - maybe if benefit to GPs but I don’t know many hospital medics that have their own pulse ox meter. The carbon finish is quite shiny so if you prefer something a bit more subtle I’d recommend the original finish. Overall a good bit of kit - should keep your littmann safe which seems worth it at a 10th of the price you probably paid for your stethoscope.

Holds my Littmann classic 3 no problem along with a pen torch in the mesh pocket and a couple of spare pairs of gloves. The mesh pouch is raised off the lid of the case which prevents items inside from pressing on the stethoscope but means smaller items could come loose

Bought as a stocking filler for my sister. She loves it.

Lovely but bigger than you think ,then you realise the size of the stethoscope. But good value considering the cost of a new one

Excelente estuche para proteger y transportar donde quieras tu fonendoscopio, tambien posee un espacio para un pulsioxímetro de dedo y otro compartimiento para guardar algun accesorio del fonendo y/o documento personal o libreta de apuntes. Se adapta a practicamente cualquier tipo de fonendoscopio. Yo tengo el Master Cardiology III y va de maravillas. Hasta le he rotulado mi nombre con vinilo por fuera y super bien !!! Bastante espacioso en general y me ha encantado. Es de un material resistente que simula fibra de carbono. Producto recomendado 100 %.
