Not Something I Would Buy Again
Ordered this item because I saw mixed reviews but figured I would give it a try because I have a cribber. Never again! It is huge, heavy, and has no breakaway straps on it. If a horse gets it caught on something it would be incredibly dangerous, not to mention it is very heavy on the horses head! I do not recommend this product.

Just a size issue: too large.
Would have been good. (I have one, but is smaller and no headstall) But this one is definitely too big for the average horse. The width of the opening is ~9" X ~10". Perhaps best for a draft horse or a cross of one. I like the fact it has the headstall instead of hooks like my other one.

Next...
The basket is so large that it would make a great outdoor flower basket . Just line the basket with moss, then fill with dirt and plant flowers. If you want to use it as a cribbing collar, don’t bother. The quick release halter does just that when the horse wants it off. I wish I had bought the Professional Choice cribbing collar first.

Great solution to our problem.
My husband got a new horse and he loves to chew on everything! This muzzle works great. The horse can drink and even eat with it on. I’m real happy with the way he accepted the muzzle. We don’t leave it on the horse all the time, just the days he is chewing stuff up. He has good days and bad days.

TOO BIG
Very disappointed. Ordered horse size and it is HUGE and heavy. Sizing info says Large is for large breeds & drafts but it is ridiculously large.
