Any way to remove/dissolve?

No it literly melts styrene plastic. If you get it on something it may discolor ormelt the finish. You may be able to sand and refinish the surface. It is a SOLVENT that melts plastic.

can it be use on plexiglass

I don't believe so. It works by melting the plastic just long enough for you to stick the parts together. I think plexiglass is too dense a plastic and won't "melt" enough to join.
