Having left my iPhone on the floor of a shopping centre when I was frantically emptying my bag for the car park ticket, I realised I had to step up security as my scattiness was getting out of control. I wanted a phone strap that meant I had full access to my phone and could wear it when I was out and about to ensure I always returned with it but not bother wearing it when I’m at home. Firstly when I’m shopping the phone swings and hits into the shopping trolley whenever I put something in it or take something out of it - something I never thought about when I was looking for a safe option and a nightmare on the big shop. Secondly when I’m at home and not wearing it, the long dangly cord enables it to get swept off tables or caught up in things and after a brief fly through the air, it inevitably lands on the floor face down. Luckily the case seems quite strong and nothing has broken yet but with safety in mind this phone case seems to be defeating the object. I’m also worried it will get swept up in who knows what and end up in a spurious location within the house and I don’t see it for 6 months after 6 months of turning the house upside down. I’m sure all these type of cord/swinging cases have the same kind of problems, I just never considered them. This one however is particularly ugly and the cord looks like a shoe lace from the 1800s. It’s a lot prettier in the photo and therefore for several reasons, I have abandoned the cord and attached one of my unused clutch bag straps from the depths of my wardrobe which has clips so I can easily remove it when I’m in the house and reattach when I want to wear it / go out - but maybe not when I’m supermarket shopping.

Everything about it in fact I will probably be buying another one. So much easier to know where your phone is. Only thing I can say is I wish there was more options as is some glitter ones to change for going on a night out.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this... I threw my phone 25 ft whilst angry and my phone case and phone and screen were in perfect condition !!!!! The sturdiest case I’ve had in years !!!
