Unfortunately, this tool is 95% gimmick.The only remotely usable component is the 10 cent scooping component.Lights and vacuums are of very limited effectiveness.

I have used Q-Tips my whole life, even after rupturing my inner ear drum when I was 18 by being shocked by a noise. That ear particularly has an issue so I've had to go to the ear doctor once a year to clean out my ears because the Q-Tip pushes the wax further and further in. This small device works great! It can't reached the ear drum so you simply push it in your ear... it's edges are very soft and smooth so they won't cause damage. Then you pull back to remove the wax on the inner drum. You have to do this about ten times to work around the circle of the inner ear. It works great and my ear doctor was very surprised when he saw how little wax was in my ear on my yearly visit.I recommend it highly!

Suction power is a joke at best.There is zero power. It makes noise as if there was some suction, but there isn’t.Don’t waste your money.

This earwax clearner has a perfect grip when I hold. It is easy to use. It is designed to control the depth. I can know the limit as I insert it in my ear and avoid damaging my ear drums. First use brought a chunk of wax out of my ear. Satisified with the results.I really like the designof this ear wax cleaner. It’s very simple and easy to remove and replace the tip. I used it couple times, it doesn’t hurt at all. My kids always worry about the tickling feeling when I tried to clean up their ear wax. But with this tool, they can do it by themselves too. I just had to warn them about not taking the tip too deep inside. But the tip is very safe to use for both adults and children.

Was a little bit difficult to get it out of the packaging and such but once it was out it was so simple and easy to put together and use. So easy people of all ages can use it .. just put it together, stick it in and feel the magic happen as your ears start to feel even cleaner.
