Does not work with Apple EarPods with built-in remote
Concept is great, but I have two issues with this product, the first issue is the minor issue, it says it's "white" but it's actually gray. Trust me, not even close to being white. The other issue I have, and this is a dealbreaker.... if you watch all the videos on this product you will see that none of their EarPods they use have a built-in remote on them. Not sure what EarPods they have that doesn't include them, but the problem is, is that when you do the first wrap, the "remote" actually gets in the way from allowing you to wrap it around, in fact, it ends up being half way on, and half way off. In order to remedy this, you have to create slack and then wrap. The problem that causes is the earpiece does not stay in place. I know it might be hard to understand, but trust me, it fails. I'll upload a picture as soon as I can.

Great idea, but the implementation is lacking
This thing keeps my cord from tangling, and hanging around my neck it provides a slider that can cinch up slack in the wire. All that is good. But the details are not quite right. The tubes on the sides are not big or flexible enough for me to slide the mic/remote on my headphones through them without pulling on the wire. I don't recommend pulling on the wire.So to get the mic/remote from above the tubes in use, to below the tubes for winding, I need to edge the wires out from under the tube, slide them down, and tuck them back under each time I put the earphones away. This is not terribly convenient. And the wires come out of the tubes of their own volition sometimes, which is annoying.

First, I was disappointed that I had to order this item twice and both times the package looked like it was used to clean the floor of the warehouse. In addition, this wrap may have worked well for older iphone ear buds, but my buds for 6S do not wrap like the picture shows. If you place the earbuds in the wrap, you cannot wrap the cord evenly as the microphone winds up right at flipping point. Therefore you have to let the buds hang out a bit to make it a wrap properly. Love the idea but someone didn't really think this all through, at least not for iphone buds.

Awful product. Much better devices on Amazon for ensuring that your cord does not become tangled.
Problems with this product: (1) too bulky. There are smaller wrapsters on Amazon that don't take up so much space, (2) the cord comes unwound from the the wrapster. There isn't a solid way of securing the cord, so it can become tangled in your pocket, which defeats the whole purpose of this device, (3) the only way of securing the cord is not fail-proof and is cumbersome. You have to slide the cord under rigid plastic folds in order to secure the cord against the wrapster. But the plastic folds don't hold the cord in place.. (4) there is no way of securing the cord to the wrapster when the headset is unwound and in use (for example, while talking on the phone). Other devices clip onto the headphones so that they don't become detached while you are talking on the phone. This wrapster attaches to the cord right below the earbuds; which means that you have to detach the cord from the wrapster when you are talking.

I was unlucky
First of all, what an invention, i was in love with this idea from first look and i bought it.After using, it is nice and functional and i would recommend this product to you guys.Hhmmm, so why 1 star, it is not mistake, they sent me "old/dirty" piece or bad/used piece, I am attaching photo, i took this photo, just after i unboxed it, may be i was unlucky. Apart from this, the product is nice, if you are from USA, i recommend this product, as you can atleast return... but i am from far far away, hence returning would be more expensive for me and alike.....Thanks for reading.

Came dirty
I bought two of these. The purple was okay but the teal came very dirty. It's a hassle to send back so I guess I will try to wash it. I've had these before and they came fine. You wrap the cord around the middle. I find it easier to put the ear plugs in first, then wrap the cord. I then push in the plug into the end of the tube. Sometimes the cord doesn't fit all the way around and it dangles. But at least the cord stays mostly in place.

Untenable untangler.
Disappointing--not as easy to use as I had hoped. Cords pop out of the sides and are difficult to get back in place. Winding up has to be done just so or the whole thing will unravel and tangle; and there should be a way to snap it all together, rather than having the phone or iPod dangle from one end of the headphone wire. Though I definitely see the need for a device to keep earbud wires untangled, I'm afraid this thing didn't do it for me.

Works great once someone shows you how to use it
This is one of those things that, if left out when having guests, will confuse everyone as to its purpose. Is it a strange chip-bag clip? It is a handle that fell off of something else? Maybe a new kind of chinese finger cuff? Its for earbuds? What? Let me see that. How does it work? Oh I see. Oh! That is really clever! Wher'd you get that? I need to get some for my kids!
