having failed on every sort of fat burner or weight loss supplement that was on the market or at GNC I decided to try this extreme fat burner because of the popularity of the company and their online presence. After the first 3 weeks I had lost 9 pounds and my personal trainer measured my body fat and it was significantly down so I know the weight that I lost was pure fat and not just water or muscle. I will say that I did exercise and cleaned up my diet but then again I had done that with other weight loss products and did not have any success. So this product is extremely effective at burning fat it is just in my opinion expensive but I guess if it works it is worth the money. Just placing another order hopefully it is here in time for the holiday to offset some of the potential waking. the scale doesn't lie but the pictures clearly show my abdomen and thighs having less fat and my face looks cleaner so this holiday season I will not hesitate to take pictures and post them.

I agree with a previous reviewer in saying that these work best when combined with a healthy way of life! I eat mostly paleo and do light exercise 5x a week and feel like these really are making a difference in the amount of energy I have. If you don't eat healthy, there isn't a magic pill that will make you skinny. So this combined with diet and exercise is key! I can't wait to see where I'm at in a few weeks with these! I'd definitely recommend this supplement!

I alternate this fat burner and fat absorber with DHEA supplements and amino acids. I've noticed that when I take these and not the others I tend to sweat more. I've lost a good chunk of weight since the new years after modifying some lifestyle changes but I think this fat burner contributes to my success. overall when I look at belly fat pictures over the last 6 months I can clearly see less belly fat and fat around my chest which was always embarrassing. overall an excellent product the only downside is the bottle doesn't necessarily last for months. and if you're prone to excessive sweating already I would be cautious using this because apparently when I take it I am drenched in sweat at the gym which for some people could be a good thing. there may be a correlation with lots of water weight but overall I know I look better in the mirror.

I have tried many fat burners with little success.Amazon seems to be loaded with products that are propped up and not that effective. Nothing I tried helped me burn the belly fat and fat around my chest. I have to say I was disappointed in the price and the amount of pills offered in the bottle but I guess I am ecstatic because these pills actually worked and burned off the fat but I could not lose.

Love these fat burner pills!! When used with my regular diet and exercise routine I can see such a huge difference.
