Helps me sleep
Can't find these in the local grocery store but you can almost always find them on Amazon. They are a caplet not a gel cap so they are going to have a taste when you put them in your mouth but not a bad taste...

It worked
Came highly recommended by my spouse for my insomnia. However after taking it for 4 days it was causing me headaches. So it's too strong for me, but did work.

Sominex: no good
I bought this product and used it twice, both times it made my legs feel discomfort and so I couldn’t sleep. It lasted a couple hours before I finally slept. It’s not worth the pain and discomfort.

Great product!
I found that all of the other sleep aids that I’ve tried do not work for me this product. I’ve ordered it many many times and I strictly believe that this is the only sleep aid for me and it could be good for you too trust it.
