Colin Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation (Purple)

I lay on this for 1/2 an hour and it gets me sleepy so that I can immediately go to bed. I have noticed that it also helps my back pain and gives me better posture. I also have my 13 year old son use on nights when he has difficulty falling asleep.

Was feeling a little anxious and forgot that my "torture device" arrived in the mail yesterday. So, at first when I opened this up, I was kind of scared. But, since my heart started pounding for no reason and my chest started feeling heavy, I rolled it out on the bed and decided to test it out for my anxiety. I turned on Spotify and found a playlist of all ocean sounds🌊 I was really scared this was gonna hurt too much. I laid down first with my shirt still on. The back of my head, neck and shoulders were bare on the spikes on the pillow. My neck and shoulders instantly got warm and tingly. Stayed like that for 5 min. I'm a little relaxed. Took my sweater off so now it's just my tank top between my skin and the spikes haha. Still, doesn't hurt really. I decide to expose my back to these dreaded spikes. You know what it feels like when you get a tattoo? Thats what this felt like. After about a minute, my whole back was warm. Now, I'm relaxed and could almost fall asleep. I like it. Can see how its not for everyone, though.

Purchased as a birthday gift for my wife, and the entire family has used it. The purple color is perfect, as it is her favorite color!Product is extremely easy to use, and comes in a storage "case."Regarding comfort. If you have a shirt on you almost don't notice the pressure, however I also don't know how effective it is. If you ditch the shirt, it is a little uncomfortable at first but after you settle in no problems. There is a little discomfort when trying to get up from the mat but only for a minute. After getting off the mat I experienced a fairly intense warming sensation on my back/neck as the blood started rushing back which last several minutes.Regarding pain relief, I have not used it regularly enough to truly make the statement of it helps with consistent pain relief. There is a little immediate pain relief from laying on the mat, but longevity I can not provide a validated review.

This product is Amazing!!!! It works wonders for my feet pain and stress. Wow! I give it a 3 in comfort because this is not a soft teddy bear. It hurts but feels good too. :)

I don’t understand the science behind this but this has really help minimize the discomfort that I experienced on the side of my leg when I lay on my back, Just lay on it and the magic begins.

Just got it today. It arrived a day early. Tried it for the recommended 20 minutes. There was a brief moment of discomfort and I could feel things warming up. I've had a cervical spine fusion and the level below my fusion is beginning to fail. I'm trying anything to manage the pain without narcotics or steroids and...let me say. ..this is definitely happening every day.

Seems very cheaply made, disappointing quality.

My friend loved it. She use it everyday she was very pleased ,it helps her relieved aches and pain. I purchased it myself, over all its very good. I wish the mat is bigger other than that it works.
