Bought these on a whim to have “just in case.” 2 days after receiving them my husband forgot that the stainless steel pan had come out of the oven and badly burnt his hand. We were able to put one patch on immediately, which helped with the pain. He kept his hand elevated, took some ibuprofen, and we changed to a new patch before bed. The first picture was taken 18 hours after he was burnt. The second picture was 38 hours after. The pictures alone speak for themselves. If you’re on the fence, BUY THESE. We used 2 patches, a total of $6; who knows where we would be without them. Worth every penny!

Accidentally dropped my curling iron on my leg, a huge blister appeared. I got this with tattoo wrap to cover. Not only did it helped make pain feel less bad, I barely have a scar. The best!

I hardly EVER write reviews, but this stuff was quite literally, an answer to prayer, as I experienced a very large burn from falling asleep with a heating pad. All I can say, is that this stuff is truly miraculous. I went from my skin bubbling up, in several places, to not even having any redness to my skin. Get this stuff and keep it handy!

I bought these to keep in my first aid kit while camping. The package seems to be good quality and they seem like they will work like they should. I have not had to misfortune to use them yet

I purchased these burn shields for our company's First Aid kits without knowing how well they worked until I burned myself while ironing my work pants. I didn't realize how bad my burn was until I came to work, so I wanted to see if these pads worked. I applied the pad to the top of my burn, then wrapped the area in gauze, leaving it on for most of the day. The pad cooled the burn area, but I didn't feel the pain of the burn all day when I removed the gauze at the end of the day; the moist burn pad was dry, and my wound was able to heal the rest of the day and night on its own and without any pain or problems. We always recommend seeing medical advice for more severe burns, but this pad worked for quick iron burns.

Used this to help heal an abrasion that was hard to heal.

Great product. Have used it before with great results. Will definitely recommend for burns. Even for kids. It shows instant relieve when applied on burns.

I scalded my hand removing sth from the microwave. I knew straight away it was quite a nasty scald, so I ran it under the cold tap. Then I remembered we had this gel pack. I stopped the tap, and tore the top off the pack. Inside there is a bandage impregnated with gel. If I'd hurt an arm or a leg I'd have taken the bandage out, but as I'd hurt my fingers I just put my hand in the bag. It was now about 5 mins since the scald happened, and my fingers were just starting to hurt. But the pain stopped as soon as I put them in the gel. It was extremely cool and soothing. Also, when you're stuck by a tap you can't do much, and it's tempting to stop and hope the burn will be ok. But with my hand in the bag I could leave it there and do other stuff, so I kept it on for about 20 minutes. I was amazed when I took my hand out. The pain had stopped, and I had no visible burn and no blister, then or later. The scald was quite a bad one, so I was very impressed. It happened at work, so I immediately ordered some of these bags for my own kitchen.
