I like this product. The only criticism is that the item did not state that you have to completely assemble it yourself, which was very difficult. I had to get a family member to come and assemble it and IT DID NOT HAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS!

Thankfully, after toing and froing, we have a chiminea that does the job. Once ordered it was dispatched quickly, which we appreciated. We started to construct it, however despite what the box says, there are no instructions, with a bit of messing around, we finally put it together, only to find that there was a crack in the base. We contacted the company, eventually after several emails, some of which went missing, another base was sent out, this we did not get, it is lost someone between here and there! So with a different courier, we finally after 3 weeks from the original order, received a base - phew!

When this product arrived, we were very happy. We sat outside that evening and loved having the new stove burning away. However, we are very said to report that after just two days of it being outside, the whole thing has turned orange with rust. It now already looks like we’ve had it for a number of years. On top of this, whilst trying to rub the rust off, this has also rubbed off the black coating on the stove, so it is now both bright orange with rust and with little of its former black covering left. I messaged the seller and explained this but had no response :(

Read other reviews, as i always do, then left my nin-diy husband alone with it expecting to be called in to help but he managed it no problem! I love it. Sliding door on front is a tiny bit annoying but I can live with it. A lovely addition to our garden! Delivery was spot on.

Fantastic Chimnea, now that the nights are getting a touch cooler!! We now have an "extra" room at the cottage, the patio!!Very efficient delivery, value for money...Only issue, if you are DIY challenged, a process of elimination is required to work out which size bolts fit the various holes etc, no instructions with the packaging.

Ich habe mir diesen Ofen für den Campinplatz besorgt und bin begeistert. Einen Stern muß ich aber abziehen, da die Löcher nicht ganz stimmen und man sehr vorsichtig zusammen schrauben muß, da sonst der Guß platzt. Ansonsten ist er sehr stabil und robust und nicht zu schwer. Da die Feuerstelle ringsum ein Drahtgeflecht hat, kann nichts herraus fallen, allerdings sollte man beachten das dort Funken austreten können. Also auf einem geeingneten Aufstellungsort achten.
