Need drinking this stuff for years and it works. It will give you the energy boost you need for long and good workout. Try not to take it too late at night or you may have trouble sleeping even after a workout. Many different flavors to pick from and they all taste great. Much prefer this over the can style drink.

Second time ordering this brand of pre-workout. I really like the taste but more importantly, it works for me. It provides a boost of energy without the common jitters.

This pre-workout is very effective and definitely does what it’s supposed to do. You can really feel it working when you start to notice a tingling sensation in your body. I recommend taking it about 25 or 30 minutes before starting your workout, whether you’re going for a run or lifting weights. It helps keep you alert and improves focus and strength during training. One more thing to keep in mind is that not all flavors taste great, so you might not like every option. I personally recommend this flavor because I tried another one before and didn’t enjoy it as much. In my opinion, the purple flavor wasn’t very good, but this one has been much better. It’s worth it for the price, and this one is good; it mixes well even in room-temperature water, avoid using cold water as it will give a headache to dissolve.

My go-to! Have been using this almost daily since I first started working out back in late 2023. Easy to digest. Will cause tingling, maybe on the face or hands, but it goes away quickly. It mixes easily but sometimes a little will settle on the bottom.

It's a great product, my husband loves it. It gives him a lot of energy when he trains and the flavor is super nice. He's already finished it and asked me to buy him another container. I highly recommend it.
