Good price, long lasting
I've used these blades on my DeWalt DWS780 miter saw for over a decade now and they're great - they last just as long as expensive $80 single blades and there's two of them. If you can get this combo pack in the $50 range or cheaper it's a really good deal. The 32-tooth blade is generally used for ripping and crosscutting wood to length while the 80-tooth blade can handle finesse jobs like trim work and angle (miter) cuts. These blades will work on all saws with a 1-inch arbor and DO NOT come with an additional washer/spacer for the middle hole.NOTE: Many miter saws come with a blade already installed that have a washer/spacer also already installed into the middle of the blade. When you change blades, you MUST REMOVE this washer/spacer from the middle of the old blade, insert into the middle of the new blade, then install it on the saw. You don't just need the various tools and the new blade, you need that washer/spacer!

Great cut, very very durable
I bought these as I started building a 2800 sqf deck out of Brazilian Hardwood (IPE). If you have worked with IPE you know how hard it is and how hard it is on saw blades. I fully expected to use both of these and then some, but I only managed to wear out the 40T (including wood joists) and start on the 60T, pretty amazing in my book. On top of the durability they both cut very well.

Not for fine woodworking
These are rightly priced blades that a carpenter should have. Not for fine woodworking, but for everyday use these are well worth the money.
