I bought this a gift my parents. It has been very handy for them to transport groceries & other items from their detached garage to the house. It’s a nice large size, yet folds up easily to a compact size for storing. The cushioned handle is a bonus! It is super smooth to push with the four wheels & very stable. Easy to assemble. Great quality for the price. customer service was very accommodating as one front wheel was defective & would not attach to the post. They emailed a shipping label & I returned the defective part and they sent me a replacement wheel. Very satisfied!

I loved this product until the plastic peg that holds the brake bent and then snapped off.The basket is great and easy to push. This brake part that bent and broke off shows me how very difficult it seems to roll. I am REALLY DISSAPOINTED. I loved using it.

While assembling, one of the wheels broke. Customer service shipped me a replacement with no hassle. The cart has worked great for transporting groceries from car and laundry to common laundry room. Very happy with the product and support.

One of the wheels has a broken plastic clip so it will not stay on. I contacted the company and their reply was that I needed to send the the broken part before they would replace it. I ordered and paid for an unbroken cart. I sent them pictures and that is not enough! This during a pandemic, is just awful. I don’t want to expose myself to the virus because their part was faulty!

I like how it is built. But I'm not crazy about the wheels. They are made of HDPE or high density polyethylene. Which is not a particularly sturdy form of plastic. So I'm a little bit afraid to put anything heavy inside of it... a load of groceries seems to travel okay from the six blocks from my house to the store. But I don't have any solid feelings about how long these wheels are going to last. And the mounting system is proprietary so I can't just buy replacements. In fact when I contacted the manufacturer they were all ready to sell some type of spare Replacements until I told them exactly which model I wanted then I didn't hear from them again. So I'm assuming this is just a drop ship item from them. And once it wears out it's done. Not too expensive though so I don't feel too bad if it lasts me a year or two or three I'm good. But there are better carts out there. Quite a bit more costly as well but better even so.

The Shopping Carts are very good and sturdy as they have been used for light grocery shopping so far. The whwwls are perfect snap on wheels. My son is usually rough with shopping carts and the snap on wheels are a lot better than the plain plastic wheel that are not snap on. The other carts with the plastic wheels that we had in the past that were not snap on did not last but very long as the axial broke in the back of the shopping cart and also in the front of the carts.I tested something out myself today as I am writing this review, I banged the shopping cart around some on the wheels and they did not snap off, they are still on. I believe the person in one review was very mistaken when she said that one of the snap wheels came off when she was going on the bus with it. These wheels won't fall of just like that. Nobody went upstairs with it as yet, but I do believe with heavy grocery loads it would last a long time.

apI like the size and capacityI did not like the fact that it broke the first time I used it at about 50% (75 lbs) of its rated capacity (150lbs) so I am buying another one which I will reinforce so it is useable. Both the right front(caster) broke when it encountered a 1/4" inch step up in the sidewalk and the rear wheel failed when it hit the lower doorframe

I liked this cart, the way it was made and its sturdiness, but the front wheels would not stay on. I contacted custormer service, and they sent a replacement set right out. These work great. The first set must have been defective. In any event, the cart works great now and I heartily recommend it. My wife uses it mainly for laundry and it has made an easy task of moving clothes, towels, etc. throughout the house.
