Great design and built to last.
Our restrooms are open to the public and take a lot of abuse. A maintenance employee found this on Amazon and suggested we give it a try. Like other commercial seats, it has an open front and no cover, but the comparison ends there. This seat is truly heavy duty and easy to clean. The hinges are very strong and the self-sustaining feature should reduce having to replace broken or cracked toilets. The attachment method, using Hardlock stainless steel interlocking hardware nuts, is an engineering masterpiece. I never heard of Hardlock Nuts before, but if you Google it, you’ll see these are the real deal. The seats are removeable, but should never come loose. I expect these seats will last longer and reduce our overall maintenance costs. We plan to change our bathroom specification and order more. Highly recommended.

The Best Toilet Seat EVER!
My husband has had a problem with every other kind of toilet seat there is. No matter how perfect we install it, after a few days, or a few months ; something will be wrong with it. THIS toilet seat is for real. It doesn't get loose or wobbly. It actually stays exactly where you place it. I even used my Doctor's office bathroom and he had the same one! I bought this seat for a handicap stall at my Church. I could have purchase a regular seat at half the price at our local hardware store . However, it being a toilet for the handicapped, I thought the quality should be at a higher level. I was not disappointed. The attachment hardware had stainless steel nuts that will not rust. There were two on each side, one being concave an the other convex. After installing the seat following directions, I tried to move the seat from side to side and there was no movement at all. I
