How long will these last unopened?

The seals are poor. I suggest to transfer these into a sealed container. I also found the berries to be powdery. I don't recommend. You're better off buying from a food survival place. Hope this helps.

A full quart equals how many ounces of freeze dried berries??

I measured 3.5 oz in the quart that I just opened. This was done on a kitchen scale accurate to 0.1 oz. I don't trust these other numbers. If someone was only given 1.75 oz then they should have sent it back.

Does it really come with alot of powder?

I didn't think it was a lot. It was just a powder from broken strawberries.

My husband is pre-diabetic and we have to watch his sugar intake...how much sugar in a serving of these strawberries?

Rita: For 100g, the naturally occurring sugar is 61.03. There is about 4 servings in each jar (which is 28g or 1 oz). Does this help?
