I've had hip pain for over a year caused by stretching my ligaments too far during a hot yoga class and this hip brace was the first thing that made a lasting impact. I wore it off and on for about three weeks while the pain in my hip steadily decreased and finally went away. I'm not a doctor, but I think the compression helped my ligaments return to their original positions instead of their stretched out ones so they could heal. Currently, I'm pain-free and haven't had to use the hip brace for over a month. An excellent product and turn of events!

I thought large was going to be to big, I have a petite frame. Not uncomfortably "tight" at all. I went by size chart for my hips not the waist and lo and behold after my first day wearing this under my dress at work for 8 hours I was able to walk, not limp, to my house. FYI only had a bit of pain going UP stairs...

My husband bought the hip hugger for me because I was always complaining about hip pain after a long walk. I am not really a leggings kind of gal, so I wear the hip hugger under capris that have extra room in the hips. I get a gentle hug and support as I walk. It isn't really noticeable underneath my pants and is very comfortable. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs extra support in the hip region.

I love that this product is wider than all the others out there to help with your hips any woman who suffers from loose ligaments or possibly si joint dysfunction this is the product for you.I wrote to the seller because the one I ordered was too big and she was amazing sent me a new one super quicky and i was so excited i didnt pay attention to the size and sadly it was the same size as what I had ordered and was too big; I was so excited I actually wore it all day and by the time I notices it kept slipping down and felt too big I had already wrote the seller back saying it was a perfect fit because it was when the day started. So upside I'll gift each of them to people I know who need them down side im going to have to buy a second one that's a smaller size. I'm a size 12 with an hourglass shape and the large was too big for me. I'll be ordering a medium because I super need the product. And I will say the customer service is fantastic and truly the product is fantastic.

I needed something for my aunt who had just had back surgery to help her body heal. She loves and insists on cooking for her family and so I sought out to find something to provide her some stability around her hips and relieve some pressure from standing. I got this for her for her try and I’m so glad that she loved it! She says it’s comfortable and she likes the way it “holds” her together (as she says). She wears it everyday. Seeing her down after surgery was hard, knowing that the hip hugger gives her comfort while getting back to her routine is such a relief for us!

I broke my hip 8 yrs ago and tore the labrum In both hips after I stepped on a chain in the garage and did the splits!Been having a lot of pain and instability! I looked up something to support both hips and this came up! For $40 I thought I’d try it! It works awesome and I’m doing great! My chiropractor is happy too, because I’m happy and feeling great ! 3 of my friends bought it after I had good results and my chiropractor took the info for other patients!! Thanks!!!

Get one or two NOW!!! Greatest thing ever! I have EDS. My joints, especially my hips, slip out of place at anytime. I have been struggling with walking and using braces. I hate the hip belt suggested. Doesn’t look good and the Velcro always pops loose. I searched the internet and found this garment! GAME CHANGER!! As soon as I received it I put it on. I immediately ordered a second one. I sleep in it. It’s that comfortable. It also makes me feel less disabled when I don’t have to crawl out of bed and put on a belt. I felt freedom and sexier. Something I desperately needed. I wear it over leggings and under my jeans and skirts. I feel like I am getting my mobility back. Sadly. I am always in pain. Nothing takes it away completely. When I take off my hip hugger I feel my hips start to separate. It alleviates that pain and I feel ‘put together’ when I have mine on. If you have questions. Call!!! I did. I am a sz 14 snug (I don't like snug) or 16 very loose. I got the largest size in this and it is way way too small for me. It's tight around the waist and I'm 5'8" and 200 lbs but don't carry the weight stomach. It bunched up and turned into more like a rubber band around my waist! I have no booty! I couldn't take full steps cuz it's too tight around my thighs which I do have good sized thighs but I'm not huge (definitely over weight tho!). I was really looking forward to this because I have a broken back (spondy) and arthritis in my hips and back. I can often walk up to 5 miles a day but a couple days a week only half that because my hips hurt. I can't find any kind of support for that. I'm back to taking my back brace and putting it around my hips/thighs til I find something that works. I'm hoping they'll make a larger one eventually because I'm sure the larger ladies need it. This thing is TINY! While there is 'give' in the skirt, the hem and the waist do not have as much.
