Controller Repair Avoiding Cooler Replacement.
I use a JBL Cooler 300 on my 29ga tall freshwater tank which is located on the second floor. During the summer it CA, it can get overly warm. The cooler helps to minimize that. After several years, I noticed the controller plug into the cooler was getting frayed and interrupting power to the unit. Replacing the controller fixed the problem. I’m glad I didn’t need to buy a new unit.

Does not switch off at the right temperature Now it’s not working
from the beginning, it never switched off at the right temperature, so I had to work out what temperature to leave it at which I did succeed. After about five uses. It stopped working, absolute rubbish

lo que mas me ha gustado es el provecho sacado al tamaño del item versus el rendimiento. lo que menos me ha gustado es que entiendo que produce cierto ruido al funcionar

Da leider die JBL Kühler extrem laut sind, steuere ich mit dem Gerät den Hobby Aqua Cooler V4. Die Spannung vom Hobby ist die gleiche, wie von den JBL Lüftern. Bei analogen Drehreglern ist natürlich die Temperaturposition nicht unbedingt stimmig, also einfach mit einem Laborthermometer die Wassertemperatur messen. Dann Automatik einschalten, den Drehregler nach oben drehen (sodass der Ventilator läuft) und beobachten, wie die Wassertemperatur nach einiger Zeit fällt. Ist die gewünschte Minimaltemperatur erreicht (wann er ausschalten soll), gaaaaanz vorsichtig und langsam das Drehrad zurückdrehen, bis der Ventilator abschaltet. Von jetzt an funktioniert es perfekt vollautomatisch. Der Ventilator schaltet sich immer von selbst ein, wenn die gemessene Temperatur 1 Grad höher ist, als die Abschalttemperatur. Also, wenn er bei 24 Grad abschaltet, schaltet er bei 25 Grad ein und kühlt 1 Grad herunter.

Je l'ai couplé avec le cooler 300. Il fonctionne très bien et s'arrête quand la température est atteinte. Simple d'utilisation. 20/20
