this is the best bang for the buck
Just received my 2nd bottle. From all the different types I've tried, this is the best bang for the buck. 70%HCA and 180 capsules. It's not a miracle pill, but I can tell a difference in the way I feel when I take it vs not taking it.

Not so sure this is effective!
I used this product for one month straight and did not notice any difference in how I felt or how my body responded. I eat healthy as it is and exercise daily. Maybe that is why it didn't do anything for me?!

Pretty potent, but raised the price
I believe this product works well. Certainly a good assistance in maintaining a strict diet. Sports would benefit both appetite suppression and diet in loosing weight. It's effect is not instant, maybe a week to start working . Upsetting that the price is up from 11.25, like stop giving good reviews.

Not helpful.
A half hour after taking it I'm not hungry, but craving food. I think this doesn't do anything helpful for me.

No seal on the bottle - returned
I just received my order last night. The bottle had no seal of any kind on it. Under the cap, you can see the remains of some glue where a seal had been or had been attempted at the factory. I say that because I only saw glue on part of the lip.I am not taking any medicine or pills of any kind that are not sealed when I buy them. Anyway, there was no exchange option on Amazon, so I initiated a return and I did re-order another bottle. Hopefully, these will have a seal on them. If so, I'll update my review.

Love it, Love it
I have always struggle with anxiety when is food around , making it very hard to loose my extra pounds.This product is helping me so much with my cravings and at the same time with my weight and inches. Love it, Love it, Love it :)

I like this product
I like this product, I helped me lose around 6 pounds in about a month--it does suppress your appetite but you have to eat properly and get a light workout in at least 3 times a week(wont hurt) looking forward to losing more.

Losing weight with it about 1/2 lb every day.
I'm losing weight taking this and it doesn't make me jittery. I don't know what else it's supposed to do, but what it does I like.
