Received next day after ordering. I don't have other boxes to compare it to as I was using an app for IPTV on a different system. I followed my IPTV service setup instructions and had to contact them to activate. It doesn't work great with wifi - but that may be my connection. With an ethernet (wired) connection it's absolutely perfect. Brilliant picture with no buffering or playback issues. Cable quality and I can watch my Irish channels again!

Remote only works for certain functions. Picture quality is excellent..... but no TV guide and pauses periodically money saving!!

Hi Thanks to Amazon for timely delivery. Picture quality is good. However, video goes to standby mode, followed by no response to remote control. It needs physical switch off and on. It happened more frequently. I have tried to contact the company over phone, but no response. More importantly, I have done the home internet check which is high speed and no fault in connection. I will be grateful if it is intervened. Thanks again

No IPTV will support the 420w1 box. Claim that the firware is outdated. Confirm with manufacturer that the firm is current. Vendor will not allow returns.
