I really like the Neuma, sound, quality, noise cancellation, and price. I have the pricey Bose in ear headphones. I leave it home—as I’ve had an expensive Marley in ear headphones stolen, and lost two other less expensive in ear Bluetooth noise cancelling devices I liked. I was careful to research and choose Neuma because of the noise cancellation, comfort, sound, and safety of neck collar with magnetized ear pieces so I wouldn’t lose it, and price.The neck collar is not intrusive —it is light and not bulky. Neuma comes with different in ear pieces and replacement wings, USB connector, and instruction book. Seating the earpiece well is important for noise cancellation. The only issues that I noticed with 1 day of use is the in ear pieces need to fit correctly to seal for noise cancellation to work. I had the sides reversed (there’s right and left side markings hard to see, wish it came in red so I could see it better. There’s. No case so you’ll need to keep around the neck or put in a baggie. I put it back in original box—so I won’t lose.

I have purchased 5 of these bad boys and I am literally not joking lol. I have one for work, one in my car, and 2 at home. I have tried so many headphones, From best buy to walmart looking for a great sound but with a cheap price and I can never get both, It's either spend a lot of money on great sound, or spend less money and get nothing but ear rapey treble with no base. Finally When I was about to lose hope I came across these and YES!! FINALLY!! Great sound without breaking your wallet and lets not forget the battery life. I have charged my headphones fully and they went my whole work shift going on my music shuffle 7 1/2 hrs. So when you see great battery life mention with these headphones its not just a MAYBE selling point, its legit. They stay around your neck while running, so don't worry about if they would fall off when you go for a run or not cause they will stay, no matter how fast you go or if you jump hurdles lolALSO, I have lost one of my left side ear pieces (they do offer different sizes for your ears). I contacted the seller to see If I could purchase just the ear piece i had lost and they sent me the entire set for free, so great customer service too. This is exactly why I will keep buying these till they no longer make them (hopefully that never happens).

Overall, it has good sound quality. It could use more bass. The neckband design turns out to be a nifty thing. I thought it might be awkward but once I learned right and left, it was easy to use. Plus it has a 12 hour battery life which is dramatically better than my straight wireless ear buds (only 3 hour battery life). I really like that it vibrates when there is a call. It is sweat proof but dropping it in water voids the warranty. A great sound with a good price. I enjoy this little unit.

I tried about 10 different pairs of headphones searching for those that could meet my needs. I needed them for noise cancelling on motorcycle rides, to remain in my ear during runs, be "incognito" for at work, and long battery life. And they had to work with vigorous use!I found these and they meet all the specs and are cheap, which is better. With my daily use, they last about 9 months I've noticed.Be sure to superglue the rubber earpieces on because they tend to fall off sometimes.

These are the first pair of Bluetooth I have like this because I thought “why would I want a wire”. The answer is, my husband doesn’t like the wireless hanging in his ear free of tether. This is the best if both worlds. You have the Bluetooth but you have a “tender” for them. The hard neck holder keeps them ready at reach. The ability to use fir phone calls is my favorite part. I hate talking on the phone holding it. This is so much easier

I would have given them 5 stars but I haven’t had them long and already the right side does not work. Ugh! I really hate a lot of the brands out there because they only last about 6 months before you have to buy another pair. So annoying!

That was certainly a surprise for me. Something I did not know I needed until I started using it. I can't imagine my life without it now. I found the quality to be pretty good based on the price I paid. When I get out of range though, I have to disconnect and reconnect for it to work sometimes. I am however very happy with it.

These are good bluetooth headphones. Sounds quality is good, they fit very firm in the ears. Range is a bit of an issue, if expect to be further than 10-15' away from your phone, this may not be the right headset for you. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.
