High in saturated fat
The bar tastes good , not exactly like a bday cake , but has a yummy strawberry-white chocolate flavor . But be aware of a high saturated fat. Also ,got 11 bars instead of 12 :(

Hard to eat!
I rarely write reviews. This is the only time I particularly want to write down my own evaluation of this product. This protein bar is very unpalatable. It is hard to bite, and it is difficult to chew and swallow. In short, it is a failure for a snack. It is too sweet for a fitness group who loses weight and loses fat. My family and I threw it away after the first bite. There is a big box which is really a waste of money.

Placed the order on Jan 2021, but the entire box was expired on Dec 2020. Unacceptable.

Great taste, very fresh, & no protein taste!
Very good and tasty. Very fresh and quite sweet for a protein bar. No bad protein taste. Center is a bit chewy, but covered in chocolate and has birthday cake sprinkles. Overall would recommend over competitors!

Too sweet
It’s too sweet. I don’t like the sprinkles on the outside layer. I recommend other flavors of PhD protein bar.
