Performance PR Lotion Standard Tube 10.6 Ounce

I have used this twice. Once last week after four days of training 30 miles a day. I was able to achieve a pace that was slightly below the day before and my legs were strong the whole ride. In fact I really noticed the difference in my stamina on the last 15 miles. I just used it again today, and while it was windy, I was able to achieve a personal best pace and my legs felt great. I really like this product. I will keep using it everyday and see of i can keep up my training regimen. As a background, I am 52 and my legs, especially my groin, would really start to burn on short, intense uphill stints. Using this lotion has greatly reduced the burn. I feel better overall, and I have gone from a 15.7mph pace on a day when I wasn't feeling it, without PR lotion, to 17.9mph toda, with PR lotion, and I felt great the whole ride, my heart rate was at peak almost the whole time. There is definitely something to this product.

Very expensive, but it works. I am a runner and if I am at all sore prior to starting a run, it relieves my discomfort pretty much every time. Only problem I have is that it is hard to pull up shorts or leggings where it has been applied. It is not a smooth lotion and clothing can’t slide over it.

I purchased it for a friend of mine. He is a training for the Iron Man competition. From what I heard from him, this product is really effective. I did my own research as well, and a lot of professional athletes are using it to prevent any kind of sore muscle after an intense training. I believe this is a good product. I play soccer so I am thinking getting it one for myself.

I can't speak to helping my PR, but I have used this product for several years now cycling and running and without a doubt it helps ensure a quick recovery to exercise the next day. Seems to help my restless leg syndrome too after long events.

I love this stuff and can't imagine life/exercise without it!! I've already told 3-4 friends to buy it for pain relief/prevention. Just don't rub it in very hard. It melts the pain away in my neck, shoulders, and upper back which was causing migraines. I hope I'm forever headache-free now!!!
