I bought this for my grandfather who loves to work outside and always water the flowers, grass, etc. I know he could never wrap a normal hose back up, so I got him this as a Father’s Day present. Putting it up wasn’t too hard. You just need to have the right drill bit. But he loves it otherwise and it retracts nicely and is very easy for him to use! The only thing I would change is the bracket that goes on the house. I would make it so it has two holes on the top and bottom just so it’s a little more sturdy. But other than that I would say this was definitely worth the money.

I was looking for a new garden hose to replace my existing expandable one which developed few leaks. ( Lesson learnt - never get a expandable one ). This one is definitely sturdy. The wall mount is easy to install and comes with required nuts and screws. They could have added a wider wall base with more holes to make it more secure. Hose itself seems to be well built and comes with all sorts of connector you might need. Easy to pull and retract. No issues so far.

I bought this ( I actually bought 2, one for either side of my house)a few months ago and had high hope. Now that it is mounted on my wall I'm finding that reeling it out is a challenge but it's nothing compared to trying to reel it back in. The reel inside the unit warped pretty quickly and now I have to physically open the unit and push the hose back in. That's what I was trying to avoid by buying this thing. I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from but (for me, and the 2 I bought) if you are looking to buy one of these....just don't.

This is not worth the money, spend a few dollars more and get one that will work. The hose is almost impossible to pull out unless you are standing right in front of it. Does not lock at desired length and is always trying to retract. In other words it is just a big pain in the @#! . I will use it till it breaks or I get fed up and just smash it.

I mounted this to the wall and it seems very sturdy and love the look and cleanliness of having the hose retracted and contained. In all honesty, I haven't had a chance to use it, other than to test it the 1 time. The plastic power wash end is not that great, but thats just thrown in there, nothing I would take away from the product on.

It was missing the spay nozzle attachment. I wanted to contact the maker but did not see a place to do so.

Great to have good storage of garden hose of this length. No more messy hand reel. Looks good in its mounted position.

It's poorly assembled and begins to leak on first use. I had to disassemble and replace all the quick connectors with non-leaky ones. The design was good they use bad materials and bad quality control.

Ordered 2, as soon as I attached one of them to the water supply it started to leak and after discovering the origin of the leak (faulty quick connect attaching to the inlet of the hose real) it became clear i would not be able to solve the problem.
