Kilner Square Swing Top Glass Jar | 2L

I needed a jar for pickling an abundance of cucumbers and this airtight jar was perfect. It withstands being shaken and turned upside down and has never leaked. I've seen cheaper jars that are the same size, but they weren't as sturdy as the Kilner jar.

Great high quality jar that seals perfectly every tIme. I use it to keep and feed my sourdough starter.

I LOVE the look of this jar and the functionality. It keeps things fresh and I’ve enjoyed it while it lasted. I dropped it onto a linoleum floor and it shattered, and I mean shattered. I was shocked at how badly. Obviously I expected it to break but not to the degree it did. You would think I smashed it with a hammer. In the middle was a pile of glass dust that looked like glitter and it went everywhere. I loved the look of it while I had it and it works great as long as you aren’t clumsy like me. Had it been a few pieces I would just order a new one but this breaks bad when it does and will not last long for clumsy people like me. I was trying so hard to be eco conscious but I may have to go back to plastic. Ugh.

Love my jar. I used it for my rice jar. I'm about to but some more for my kitchen.

Favorable performance when placed upright. When placed on it's side, however, it leaks.

I use the jar for stinky kimchi and the seal is so tight that my refrigerator is free of the strong smell! It’s perfect!

Baratos no son pero a la hora de fermentar vegetales en su jugo son una inversión segura. He probado con otros frascos y éstos son mis favoritos.
