This was a gift my daughter bought for her friend. She had the same one and loved it and wanted her friend to have one as well.

Good kit-some are more basic
The kit comes with materials needed and directions. This was given to my nephew for Christmas who is 11. He has enjoyed it, but says that some of the pieces or concepts are much more basic then he expected in this type of kit. I would say the value for the product is about right. There is educational value because it teaches the sciences and concepts behind the projects. I don’t think I would give it to anyone below 3rd grade or anyone above 5th.
