We bought this package for 2696rs 6 months pack but did not work at least a month. We asked the person whoever installed from amazon they said it’s only for one month valid not for 6 months. So I don’t understand why amazon over charged for 6 months pack.

Really happy with this set top box you can consider the delivery in the same day along with that Airtel people will install it on high priority. Also I bought this box with 6 month TV subscription so I don't have to bear the set top box price and installation.

I have purchased HD setup box with 6 montgs family pack. But as i purchased HD set upbox i was under impression that i would have get HD channels but i got normal visions. They have not informed me about this.. which is totally unfair.. if i m buying HD set up box than obviously they shoukd provide me HD paxkage only... i am really very upset with such bad service..

As the product was outstanding and it value for money and delivery was also good

This product has quality but the price is high than other dth services and the have told first to give 6 months family and when we bought it they changed the pack and still they are showing 6 months family pack
