Kuangmi Knee Brace Compression Sleeve Support for Running,Jogging,Basketball,Joint Pain Relief,Arthritis and Injury Recovery

this review is for the the regular version; there is no protective part over the knee, it uses the compression alone.I am actually blown away at how well these worked for me. Back story: i am 67 years old 20 lbs. overweight female who sits a lot and moderately active. I've had bone on bone arthritis in knees for years, and had meniscus surgery about 12 years ago, leaving me with inability to straighten leg. Earlier this year I began to have great difficulty getting up out of chairs, getting in and out of the car without assistance, going down stairs caused sharp pain, and my knees would sort of pop out of position in bed, causing pain.I went to a very good physical therapist and did a ton of strengthening exercises for knees, feet, and hips. I was also getting taped by them weekly, and had a weekly knee massage on trigger points around my knees and thighs. I probably went for 20 visits, and still had extreme pain, especially on stairs - i feel nothing changed from that experience.Then 2 things happened around the same time: my dr. told me to start taking ibuprofen, 800 mg. per day, and that did help a lot, since i also have a lot of hand pain. But then i tried these knee sleeves, and wore them on two long walks. I swear that the pain is almost gone! It feels like what happened is that the sleeve held my knee in alignment long enough for it to stay there. The last time i wore them was about one week ago, and my pain with stairs is majorly better, so i'm not taking one stair at a time. I do use Nordic Walking sticks when i walk for exercise, and i have to say that helps a lot, but i was using them before as well.I am also very impressed that you get two sleeves for the price, it seems you often only get one.

It denied me from writing the 2 reviews on the two different versions so I will put them both here:"Upgrade" version - 4 StarsAdds a bit of stability to a sprained knee. Slides out of place slightly over the course of the day but the side supports help keep it from scrunching up. I'm not sure the knee cup is necessary but It would definitely help to add cushion, and take some pressure off the joint, when kneeling.The one improvement I would make on the "upgrade" version would be to have rubber grip strips on the top and bottom."Advanced" version - 3 StarsI'm pretty active so I bought this to compliment the upgrade version but the lack of rubber strips on the bottom means this rides up behind my knee when running. It can be kind of annoying. I wish this had the same side support as the "upgrade" model because, along with adding a little extra lateral support, it keeps it from bunching. I hoping for a future hybrid version.

Brace is satisfactory. Does not slip down as most others do. Bought the upgraded version and was a bit disappointed in the side padding, which was my main reason for the purchase. I had an old ligament brace that had side pads that put extra pressure on the outer meniscus area and I had hoped the upgraded version would do the same. It does not, but overall, a good comfortable product.

As with anything that I order online, I was very doubtful about this product improving the discomfort in my knee. However when I first put it on I received immediate relief. Due to botched Arthroscopic Surgery by a "Medical Sports Group" I have put up with continual discomfort during the past 20 years. After trying a multitude of knee wraps, braces, etc., there is no doubt that this product is the best solution for my knee discomfort at this price. I highly recommend the quality and advertised function of this product. Since I am 79 years old, 6' 3" and have 24 inch thighs, I ordered the XXL size. They fit perfectly. I am retired, and have 3 acres of property to tend every day.

I am quite pleased with these knee sleeves. After experiencing some knee pain on my knee cap, I purchased a knee brace from a local big box store that was adjustable (well known brand that starts with "A")... but I have found this one much more comfortable and gives decent support. I measure at 16 1/2 ", so I bought two pair... the Medium and the Large.. I wasn't sure which one would be best... I am going to keep both sets because I can't honestly feel that much difference. These are quite firm... but I would imagine that after time, they might stretch out a bit... . I feel that for the price, because you get a pair... is reasonable. I bought these on my own, I was not given this set. I read several reviews on knee sleeves and went with this one and I'm glad I did... quite comfortable and good support.

I had a problem - recieved only one brace instead of two and was very upset as I need them for work and picked this product because it was a two pack. The seller respond to my problem very quickly and is in the process of making it right. Very impressed! Good support sleeves for the money - I got the most basic version since range of motion is crucial for me and this gives enough added support without making it harder to do what needs to be done.

Compression is good. Fit is good. Style is good. Comfortability is good. The only bad thing is after 8hrs of wear the Sleeve began to roll down on 1st day. Not sure if it was because I purchased wrong size(2xl)or what. I gave it 4 stars because before it started rolling down it worked well and I don't have good luck with sleeves anyway. So it may not have had anything to do with the product itself.

I have bad knees in general, they click and pop when I bend them and have for years. I bought this as my second knee sleeve from Kuangmi , the first was great so i wanted more so that I could trade off and if I ever need to I could wear two at a time, one on each knee. I'd recommend them

The quality was not bad overall. I did order the advance version but it didn't have the anti-slip on it hence the lower rating otherwise it would have been a 4*.
