SkyTech Legacy II - Gaming Computer PC Desktop – Ryzen 7 2700 8-Core 3.2 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super 8GB, 1TB SSD, 16GB DDR4, AC WiFi, Windows 10 Home 64-bit

So I was skeptical at first with getting a prebuilt but this thing rocks!! I went to pc part picker and could build this for about $1,050 (mine came with a 2060 super) including windows but bought this for almost the exact price and it came built and with windows installed. I was mad at first because I thought something was wrong when my fps wasn't matching up but found out alot of games put a cap in the settings for fps that you can change(dumb me). Even their customer support is super fast and responsive i had to message them to make sure I was getting the right product and within hours I got a response!!!! I added 2 more fans to the bottom and this thing runs like a dream it stays cool even after hours of gaming after adding the 2 new fans but even without them it ran just find and nothing hit dangerous temperatures!! After looking through ibuypower and many many others yes even Cyber but nothing with this specs matched the price point!!! Well done guys!!!

Perfect gaming pc, runs any game on ultra settings. Keyboard came with "8*" key stuck down cant correct. Mouse has many buttons , but no way to program some buttons. Contacted seller, no response yet.

I usually dont leave reviews but I just had to for this one. I usually custom build my PCs but didnt have the time or space at the moments to put a new computer together. This computer had roughly all the hardware I already wanted, and included the warranty and of course the hassle-free fact of it being preassembled. It arrived promptly in a nice amount of packaging and started up with no issues. I checked all the board connections first and everything was plugged in tightly. The tower itself is beautiful with the RGB fans / cpu fan. It is incredibly fast and has no issues handling multiple monitors while trading / streaming videos. My only complaint is the preinstalled software for controlling the case fan RGB colors doesnt seem to want to run, so I have been using the included RGB remote. Otherwise great PC!

The issue with this product is the GPU doesn't have adequate cooling. Also after multiple times of testing the airflow in the chassis is out of wack. Even with adjusting the fan settings, and changing the fan setting to max the GPU will reach max temps when gaming. That is with old games that are not even demanding as well. Tech support has not been helpful. Be prepared to invest more money into this PC after purchase. I purchased this product to be able to game right out of the box but Skytech could not even provide that. I do not recommend buying this product or this company.

Pretty happy with the machine, but ran into a small issue and have made numerous attempts to get support, to no avail.

This is the first computer that I bought pre-made in 25 years. I normally don't trust pre-built computers but this machine cost less than the sum of it's parts so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've only had it for about 3 weeks now but it's been everything I expect so far. Good price, runs anything I could want it to run, starts up in about 20 seconds. Couldn't expect more. The only issue I had was that it didn't ship with the remote to control the lights in on the fans, but tech support was super nice, super fast, and sent one right away.

It’s up and running with no issues. The video card works great with video games and the CPU is really fast.

I received the pc well protected. It was very easy to start up. It has been a month since I start using this pc and zero problems. I am very happy with my choice. I would recommend this pc for my friends.
