Our 2013 Toyota Sienna doesn't have a great place for a phone mount on the dashboard. I've tried the vent mounts for phones and don't like them. For me they have tended to slouch or fall. This mount fits into a relatively small cupholder and expands for a very snug fit. The gooseneck keeps my phone at a good height and angle to see maps when I'm driving. The clamp is strong and the entire unit seems to be well-built. This would be good for travel to use with rental cars.

I ordered this product and it arrived in damaged packaging. Upon opening the box, I bent the flex nexk into a straight position and the glued portion popped right out of the plastic base with zero effort. The piece was not properly glued.I used a high-strength adhesive to bond the two pieces allowed it to sit overnight and cure (24 hours) to full strength. The next morning I tested the item and it was properly secure. Fixed that problem.I then installed in my car, tightened down the mechanism that holds it into the cup holder. I installed my iPad and the flex-neck sank all the way down to the center console. The flex neck lacks the strength to properly hold up an iPad (though that is what it shows in the product photo). I then removed the tablet and installed my iPhone 7+. While it is sufficiently strong enough to hold the weight of the iPhone, it's not strong enough to keep it steady and from bouncing all over the place.All-in-all, I'm very disappointed. You will be also unless you have a tiny phone. Save your money and buy something else that has a rigid (not flex) stand. I will not buy this brand again.

This product is very good! When first getting the cupholder, I was very unsure of how it would work and fit. But figuring out how it works is very simple! I like how sturdy the holder and mount are and how flexible the arm is. This cupholder is very reasonably priced for what it does. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something to hold your phone and that will keep you handsfree!

Not bad product. I actually used it for 3 months before it broke. I wish someone would make these things with some metal parts instead of cheap plastic. I wouldn't even mind paying extra.

Don't Over Tighten.. Used once for a road trip. worked great for the 1 trip then shortly after I nudged it with my arm and it broke.

Broke after regular use with an iPad Air (2019) after 1 month. The tightening cup holder end kept loosing up little by little even after readjustment. Eventually, the whole thing just shattered on the inside. The iPad is only 9oz heavier than my iPhone XR which I also used on this stand. I didn’t have high hopes for it since it was cheap and plastic anyway. Should’ve gone with the mount it! brand which never lets me down. I ended up going with a magnetic setup for the iPad and it works flawlessly.

This car cup Holder Mount is amazing I love how I'm able to rotate the mount to my liking. The best part is how versatile it is. My samsung tablet 10 fit just right I didn't have to worry about it moving as I drive. I even tested out my phone in it same as the tablet nice and snug. It's easy to install and the directions are very straight forward. This is a great investment or my business and personal life.

Exactly what I was looking for to hold a 10 inch Galaxy Tab A that I use for in-car navigation. A little bit of wobble, but only on bumpy roads and that's expected for a medium sized tablet and the long stem (extension). It holds securely by just both sides in portrait mode, quite a feat. Even better in landscape mode.
