I had hoped that this would make working with migraine easier, as I am one of those for whom cold makes *everything* worse.However, on first use (second heating) the wrap made an ominous popping noise though it was less than 30 seconds in the microwave.It does not have heat gel all around, which was a disappointment, and does not stay therapeutically warm for more than 20 minutes.Another reviewer mentioned the loudness of the Velcro... Agreed.So while it is fairly comfortable on the forehead and can be pretty well concealed by a hat, this one is being returned...

I have four of these. I suffer from migraines (3-4) a month and rotate these with heat in microwave. Pros: love that you can pull it tight around head with gel pack and that helps with headache. Cons: be careful heating up in microwave (first one the gel pack burst). Only 20 seconds at a time. But last about 20 minutes for headache. No smell and comfortable fit. Great for the price

I have some crazy migraines sometimes so I bought this! It doesnt heat up much but it does something... It popped when we were trying to heat it higher but still usable because of the cover 😭 Dont use it much now. I think it healed my Migraines 😂😂😂 Nah.

This head wrap was put in all different areas of my freezer and when I would take it out, it was never even cold. It was extremely disappointing as I suffer from migraines and I was really excited to try this product but it failed miserably.

This product has helped so much for my migraines. My only negative comment is the hole that that gel pack goes in is small so it makes putting the gel pack back in a little difficult. Other then that its a great product and has helped greatly with my migraines.

I purchased as a gift for a friend who has had frequent painful headaches for years. She informs me it doesnt help at all and I cannot return because the return date has passed.

I have used numerous products over many years of suffering from chronic headaches. This simple design stays in place with the help of velcro, its shape and the material used. Cold or hot it is most effective. As usual it is often the most simple design of an item proves to be the best. It stays in place high on the forehead, over the eyes, secured under the jaw line, as many headaches cause TMJ. Excellent.I would highly recommend this product.

Dose not stay hot for long but it is still comfortable to wear and easy to heat up. Only down fall is getting my hair stuck in the Velcro.
