Essential Oil, ESSLUX Aromatherapy Essential Oils for Diffuser, Massage, Soap, Candle Making, Home Fragrance, 30 ml (Gardenia)

I first tried this in essential oil set by homasy that was all florals.I loved all of the scents,but the gardenia first of all is hard to find in an essential oil,and second,the price cant be beat.I use this for aromatherapy in my diffuser,I mix it with carrier oils,and use it as a bath and body oil,I mix it with a little vodka and distilled water and use as a linen, and body spray. It has replaced my perfumes,it leaves a soft,fresh ,scent nice, clean ,and crisp.It isnt over powering or lingering and it also mixes well with vetiver,cedarwood, and other woodsy,or earthy scents.I add a few drops to my shampoo, and conditioner,I add a few drops to my dryer sheets.This is my jam right here.I never had one signature scent that I ever devoted this much attention to.I will be buying more as 1 oz bottles usually last me about a month,sometimes less depending on what I use it for.I dont even know what the therapeutic benefits are for gardenia as it isnt an easy to find essential oil,infact I doubted if it was real or not.I am assuming that I can trust the packaging saying it is pure,all the other scents in the set,smelled and worked as they were supposed to. I did the paper drop test and I didnt see a ring.So I will continue to buy this and would recommend anybody to purchase one of the sets first,and then if you find a favorite like I did,you will just as pleased.I mean the price of 5 ml of rose essential oil itself costs more than the whole homasy set. I also loved the neroli,which I purchased seperate.

If you like the scent of Gardenia, this essential oil is spot-on. Expensive, but you only need a few drops. I have added to the wax-melt scent diffusers after the wax has lost its scent.

The scent doesn’t last all day (about 3 hours) but god is it heavenly! I’m enraptured! It’s also amazing for the mood! 10 out of 10 I will be buying this on repeat.

I first found the scent of Gardenias in an oil body spray. Well they discontinued it and I have been looking for it. You know that just right scent with any mixing? Well this is it. It smells amazing. I already mixed into my soap base. Next will be the matching lotion. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. The seller even has a thank you included. Buy one get one free. When they didn't have a other Gardenias scent they asked if they could send me something else. They were quick to answer questions and I've already receive me free scent. I'm really happy with this product.

I have mixed feelings about this product. PROS: 1) Price is 1/3rd of another brand on Amazon 2) Large bottle will last a long time 3) Esslux customer service is quick to respond to inquiries CONS: 1) Not quite the Gardenia smell I was hoping for. There seems to be a perfume-like quality to it 2) It leaves a oily residue in the diffuser that you cannot get rid of completely. It taints the next essential oil put in the diffuser. SUGGESTIONS: 1) If you use this product, do so in a diffuser that you will use ONLY for this oil. Despite rinsing my diffuser five times and wiping twice with 70% alcohol, it does not get rid of all the residue. (I did not clean the small ultrasonic disc because I did not want to risk damaging it.) When I put another essential oil (like Eucalyptus) into the diffuser I find that after a short time the smell is suppressed by the Gardenia smell (it becomes a blended smell with neither being dominant). 2) A little goes a long way. For other essential oils I use 7-9 drops BUT for this 4 drops is more than enough. (My diffuser is large and runs for 6 hours continuous and 12 hours on the low setting.) CONCLUSION I am unlikely to buy this again.
