It took me a while to take this out on a run because I hurt my back right after I bought it. When I finally first used it, I was disappointed as the reservoir leaked for the whole race. I did a bunch of troubleshooting afterwards and just couldn't get it to stop. It was leaking out of the sealing ring, but not the theaded cover itself. I was pretty sure I was outside of what I consider the "easy warranty" period so, disheartened, I purchased an alternative and this one gathered dust. However, a few months ago, I was told that CamelBak has great customer service, and there should be a lifetime warranty on this product. So, I gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised to find the warranty period was very easy and they absolutely did warranty the reservoir without any argument. I received the replacement last week, and it is free of the defects the original had. They've made a longtime consumer out of me. Thanks for the great service CamelBak!

It's compact and streamline. I like the insulated tube, and the larger mouthpiece delivers more water which is great out on the trail.
