Good alternative to natural wood perches
I have a Hagen Vision cage that I use for my cockatiel, and a smaller one I had for my budgies which I do not use anymore. However, I reused these perches in new cage, and absolutely love how easy they are to install, move, and clean. I also like the varying size on a single perch so that they do not develop bumblefoot or any other issues from all dowel perches. They do also have a variety of other perches, from natural wood to some dowel, but they will readily and often will sit/sleep on these.

These Are Specific to A Vision Cage!
These perches are perfect for my Vision cage. I love the cage & these perches fit perfectly. The perch is different sizes to exercise your bird's feet. They are sturdy & easy to slide in with a little bit of muscle. You can put them in the dishwasher & they come out spotless. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't get the color that is shown & matches my cage but an ugly olive green.

Great perches
These perched are durable and easy to clean. Because they have a wavy design with some open areas between the top and bottom of the perch, theyProvide great foot exercise for my parakeets and prevent foot fatigue. Also, I can put vegetables through the holes to encourage healthy snacking. Love all the Hagen Vision products!

These are great perches!
I love these perches and my birds seem to love them as well! The nice thing about these is that they vary in thickness from base to tip.... so my birds feet get exercise. My birds literally use these perches more than any other perch that's in their cage, it's awesome.... so I had to order more. On Amazon they're sold for an excellent price too!

Love these
Normally I use natural arbutus wood perches as they are better for birds feet, but I put one of these in each of my breeding cages as an additional option for perching and all the birds use them daily. I love how universal they are on smaller-species bird cages, I use them on cages not even made by Vision.
