How does this compare to the optimum softsheen carson shampoo & conditioner in the bright yellow bottles? has anyone tried both?

I have not used the Optimum Softsheen Carson shampoo & conditioner. Sorry, but I can't give you an adequate comparison.

The product description says infused with amla oil, however, the ingredients do not show amla oil. does it include amla oil?

Yes. Phyllanthus Emblica is actually another name for amla oil. If you look at the list of ingredients, you will see it there. Hope this info helps.

Can I use the shampoo and conditioner on color treated hair. Will it make color fade?
