8 Net carb per serving
Small candy BIG flavor. I am very happy to have tried these and can see myself ordering more in the future.Twenty-four pieces equal a serving but one or two at a time is plenty to me as these are NOT a chomp-chomp-swallow sort of treat. That said a serving is 24 pieces with 26 total carbs. Eleven can be taken off for fiber and only 7 for alcohol sugar (it is 14 total, but as it is Maltitol it will impact your blood sugar and so only half can be taken away) meaning for diabetics and say Keto folks this means 8 net carbs for 24 pieces or 1 carb for every 3 pieces of candy. Not all alcohol sugars can be skipped in carb counts. Erythritol, Xylitol, Mannitol, and Lactitol do not count as they will not raise blood sugar levels, so you can take away their full carb count. Maltitol, Sorbitol, Isomalt, and Glycerin all are partially absorbed and so only HALF the total carbs from these may be deducted to reach the "net carb" count.

The Best Candy.
These are the most amazing, one-of-a-kind candy's out there. Not only do they taste amazing with a perfectly chewy texture (the black currant being my personal favorite flavor) but they are also low cal and sweetened with the natural sweetener Stevia. On top of that they soothe your throat (perfect for colds, allergies or just a dry throat) AND they have a great source of fiber. There is nothing this candy doesn't do! I highly recommend these candy's to any and everyone.

Not a hard candy, and very small, but tasty
Sometimes you just want something sweet, but healthy, that's why I chose to try this. It is good. I just was surprised it wasn't a hard candy and that each wrapped piece is so small.

They're okay
For some reason, I thought these would be hard candies but instead they're kind of a state in-between gummy and hard candy? I think I wish they were one or the other. The flavor is also okay, but not very strong. It's just a mellow sweet slightly-fruity flavor.

Great if you have dry throat.
Liked that they worked. But keep them cool or they get soft.

Yummy. I like them a lot
Me and my kids really enjoy these. They are very similar to JuJu Bee candies from 70’s. Plz keep in mind they are very chewy/sticky so if you don’t like that consistency you might not like.A nice berry flavor with little calories. I’ve ordered over n over now for last few months.

Tasty Candy, No Label
The candy is tasty. This is my second order. Both orders were missing labels. I would like to see the ingredients. The Fair Packaging and Labeling Act requires that all consumer products need to have the contents and producer name disclosed on a label. It's the law.
