Wow this supplement really helps with experiencing clear thinking and wakeful clarity. I purchased them to support lucid dreaming and they have substantially helped me in their ability to increase vividness of dreams and dream recall. I become lucid in my dreams 95% of the time when I take one before going to sleep. The dose is to take two capsules but my body only needs one before going to sleep and it supports my endeavors for lucid dreaming. I find that taking two increases the vividness of my falling also experience but it does not necessarily support my attempts in lucid dreaming because the effects of the intensity wear off - my body simply doesn’t need that much at one time. So I take one capsule and it really helps. I also now and then take a capsule in the morning to experience the clarity it provides in thoughts before I start my day. This is really a great product the combination of these two Uridine and Choline seem exceptionally powerful and potent together. Great stuff!!!

Definitely enhanced memory recall and focus. Dream recall was enhanced overtime. Noticed better proficiency when articulating words during speech as well. My personal regiment is one dose of two-pills twice weekly for two weeks in a row to test and began noticing immediate benefits as mentioned. Then took the next two weeks off; dosed again, the following two weeks and experienced improved memory and speech articulation again. I recommended Alpha GPC to my brother and after he tried he also came back with the same benefits as well. The results may very from person to person but from my personal experience I recommend at least giving this a try for maintaining high cognitive function and memory health.

I've tried a number of different Alpha GPC supplements, with varying results. Some products I've tried are very noticable (especially when I stop taking them), others I've felt less of an effect. This product falls in the middle for me. It does have some effect, but isn't always obvious. I'll finish this bottle and then cycle off of it for a while to see if it becomes more noticable. I've been taking this with phenylpiracetam and oxyracetam as a fuel source for several years. I will take this first before the nootropic on an empty stomach for maximum absorbtion. As for the macros/diet side of things, this will not kick you out of ketosis, I take that back, if you swallowed the entire bottle at once and did not follow directions, it will, however, you will have a lot of other problems at that point (tempest / teacup tl;dr). As for that massive headache that you are feeling, it is not the "keto flu" or whatever nonsense the proponents of the high fat / low carb lifestyle call it, you are starving and you need to up your acetylcholine because your brain is finding ACh where it can, even if it is on itself. So I can safely say that following the directions (to the letter) on this product will help ease the headache, acetylcholine is one of those things that you need to keep in a particular range or you fall into the depression/alzheimer's "spiral" on either end of the scale (too much , too little tl;dr). Now the important part, if you do break Ketosis and "feed" (you know you do), STOP TAKING THIS IMMEDIATELY (see the "spiral" above). Good luck, and don't let the doc's put you on any meds that begin with ("anti-") in the formula, mostly for headache reasons, that will tank your already precarious ACh level even further.

Had no measurable positives for 2 different people. Taken over 3 times and one person had headaches that were a bit worse than a normal headache. I'm going to try this a week or two later again and if headaches return, then I'm saying it is 100% the supplement and will reduce a star further, but if I do notice improvements then obviously would increase the rating.
