I used the light blue in the rebuild of my old CX bike. I wanted something that at least stood a decent chance of going with the Charge Plug saddle and the White/Blue scheme of the bike in general.I'll be honest, I did not really expect that much, I do not ride this bike enough to warrant hugely expensive tape, so I figured that I would just get something perfectly adequate and if I ride it more, that I would replace it.How wrong I was.This tape is super nice, it is nice to apply, really, really nice to use and despite not anticipating too many miles on this bike, I have ridden it a lot because it is so nice to ride.So I probably have 600km on this since I wrapped the bars.The tape is still flawless, it still feels great, even in the high wear areas and it still looks great too - its a little dirty here and there, but that is more down to colour choices than the tape.I am really impressed and have ordered more....

This bar-tape is good enough once you get it fitted okay.It's quite hard wearing stuff, but gives a cold, firm, less grippy feeling than softer more padded tapes. I've had this on for about 8 months now, and there is no peeling or fraying going on at all, and I am dong 60 miles per week and big hills, pulling on the bars a lot. The only annoying thing is that I dropped the bike the other day and the tape came undone on the end of the bar as the cap came out. I managed to tuck it all away again and it's still fine, with no signs of peeling.Mu reason for 4 stars is that it's not quite as comfortable as a softer tape, and my main reason is that the tape was poor during installation. Like others, the tape has an adhesive strip which is protected by a backing tape that needs to be peeled off - but the backing tape is better stuck to the adhesive strip than the actual bar tape, so there was a right mess going on. I managed to wrap it all up nice and firm though, and I got good comments on my group ride that someone had done the job professionally.Smart looking stuff, strong and firm.

A little fiddly to fit but if you watch utube you’ll soon get the idea.I was passing the bike into a friend and the old bar tape was looking very dirty and tatty and I felt a bit embarrassed looking at it.Having cleaned the bike and putting on the new bar tape it looked like new.Just take your time fitting it and if you have a spare pair of hands it’ll help.

I was concerned the tape would not stick and would begin to peal off after a few rides, but so far it has remained tightly bound to the handle bars. I used some electrical tape to secure the ends just for security.There is enough cushioning for me (previous handle bar covering was spongy) and it does not soak up the rain.All in all I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend.

Very spongy and comfortable to hold. The only problem I have with the product is the length. It's not given me much coverage on my handlebars. I did space the turns around the handlebars as much as possible yet it's still fairly short in length.

Good points: the tape looks expensive at a distance.Bad points: (1) handle bar inserts really look cheap (but I managed to make like nicer (2) adhesion is so poor (even with clamping) had to add lots of additional glue... it’s honestly a lot of hassle, better of just spending the money on proper tape. Lesson learnt.

I was skeptic about this item but it proved good. I watched some youtube videos about how to properly approach the technique. In the end I used some isolation tape. Looks pretty neat

The wraps are good quality, comfortable material. They're also long enough to trim sections off to tuck behind the brake hoods.They come with two short pieces of tape to finish the bars off, and these could do with being longer.
