I use this to help stretch and train my low back muscles from disc compression and arthritis pain. When I wake up in the morning, I can barely move my mid section from the pain. I sit on this and do some stretches and hip rotation and it’s like a travel yoga ball. It’s excellent quality and perfect for the small exercise needs!

Bought two. Dislike: Had to get friend with bicycle pump to use to inflate. Like: Sturdy, great for balance, doing squats while using one under each foot is an excellent exercise for horse riding and also for swordsmanship classes. Very pleased with them.
