This stuff is great, I get the worst jet lag and I travel offten from the East to West Coast and back, losing a day to recover was killing me. The toll on my body was even worse. I put two tables in 16 ozs of water and drank while waiting to board my flight, the taste is light and ok not difficult to drink at all, citrus like. My flight was a 5 hour red eye and I did not sleep until 17 hours later. So yes i would say this stuff worked great for me I was in a good mood and not sleepy the whole day. I am of average height and weight so keep this in mind ... as there are very little directions in or on the box, but I feel like this may have an impact as if you weight more you may need more then one drink. I am really interested on how this works on hangovers. Lol In closing... BEST STUFF FOR JET LAG EVER.

I purchased these for an international trip in March. I had used 1Above Anti Jet Lag in the past. I ordered 2 of these for our trip, and when they arrived, 1 was out of date and the 2nd was 1 month from being out of date. I heard from 1Above within a few hours! They were apologetic and refunded my entire purchase!! So that says a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT about the company! Now the review of this product! I obviously used the tablets that were still in date. They have a pleasant taste when mixed with water. I have to be totally honest; I had NO EVIDENCE of any form of Jet Lag either going or returning home! The flights were 8 hours long each way. This definitely works! And with a company that stands behind their product and their mistake, you have to give them total credit! I will take, and highly recommend this product to anyone who fears major jet lag on a long overseas flight! Without ANY hesitation!

Just traveled from Seattle to Singpore and did not have jet lag but I did a combo of things. I did the recommend dosage and drank about 3 liters of water for a 16 hr flight. I also had a very comfortable seat and used a inflatable ottoman and compression socks. After the flight, I was able to walk around for about 4 hours and slept about 8 hrs local time. I didn't experience any jet lag during my vacation. Coming back home I was only able to drink about 30 oz of water but I scored a empty middle row and could easily sleep 6 hrs. All in all I don't know if this solely solved jet lag but definitely drinking enough water (with the added electrolytes) for sure helps.

I have no idea if it does. I couldn’t feel any difference. I can say it kept me hydrated but I wasn’t a fan of the taste. Would I do it again? Probably not.

Europe was super hot this summer and jet lag is for real. When you have limited time you don't want to miss a thing and can not waste time being sleepy or not getting well. These tablets helped me keep my electrolytes in shape and helped a lot with adjusting to time zones. I plan on ordering them again when I travel again later in the year.

Ok, I don't know if this stuff works as a matter of science or placebo, but honestly, does it matter? It seriously works. I am a total skeptic, but after not sleeping for about 40 hours, I arrived in London and was able to walk around the city for about 7 hours with no problem. I had almost no problem getting on local time after arrival, either--it seriously shortened and reduced to almost nothing the jet lag I normally feel when traveling across multiple time zones. It's way too expensive, of course, but I was able to enjoy the first few days of my vacation without the extreme exhaustion of jet lag, which was worth it for me.

its not a practical product when you travel lets say 10-14hrs during the evening, since every 3 hrs you are supposed to take that tablet. What are supposed to do to get up in the middle of the night every 3 hrs???!!!! even worst i didnt see a difference just came back from Japan travelling from Us, jetlag was brutal especially om the return I guess the body is the body and you have to deal with it more naturally Will not buy again this product

I’ve used this for two overseas trips now-one with a 9 hour Time difference, and one with a 14 hour time difference. I don’t know if it’s what is actually in this product that makes the difference, or that I drank a boatload of water before and during my travels because of the use of this product, but the Jetlag was very much reduced from previous trips. Another thing that I noticed was that I also had less swelling in my ankles upon arrival. I will use this every time I take a big trip should those days return post pandemic. Flavor was decent-lightly flavored and citrus was not too sweet. Husband preferred berry flavor because it was sweeter.
