How is it installed undercounter?

It has clips that you attach to the counter supports. then the cup holder slides over clips. I only use one of the two clips provided and it holds great.

What is the cut out hole size for in counter installation

Hello, This is a surface mount dispenser. This will not go in a counter.

Can this be hung on a wall so the cup comes through the bottom? The picture only shows being able to pull it our of the top. Thank you

No, the E or elevator model is designed to dispense from the top so you can mount at low heights usually below the counter service area. Your solution is model C3400P will allow you to pull/dispense cups from the bottom. This is designed for surface mount above counter level heights.

Can this be mounted vertically? Like down thru a counter top and the cup is pulled out from the top of the counter?

Oh yes it can! It can be literally mounted in any position and function properly as long as it’s just did to the cup size, one of the finest additions to my man cave, would recommend it to anyone
