I've taken the Gummues and the liquid. I prefer the gummy which is tasty.

High energy B complex
Dr. Mercola always has the most high quality supplements in my opinion. I needed to find a good B supplement to support a lower carb diet helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. I feel more sustained energy when I take this one. If you need a good B complex give this one a try.

Be Well...Use Mercola Products!
I rely on Mercola products every day! His wisdom about the chemistry of the body and his reflections on same are always a highlight for me. At 88 I am still energetic enough to move through a busy day (when I have to) without napping, and still have enough energy left over for evening activities (getting in bed being my favorite!). Be well! Use Mercola!

This product has Cyanocobalamin in it.
The label says it has "Cobalamin" in it, which is a very vague term as there are several types of Cobalamin. I called the manufacturer and they said it has a "proprietary B vitamin blend". I pressed further and was told it does actually have Cyanocobalamin in it. The bad kind of Cobalamin that no one should take.

Be very careful when ordering this product, after few days of use I started to feel very bloated and with pain in my stomach and intestines. I do not recommend this product.
