My new favourite thong on the world. I've lost inches from my waist and I've gone down a dress size in a month. I've now bought one in size 10-12 and my husband and work colleagues have commented on how much weight I appear to have lost. Even the stretch marks on the top of my hips have improved! I put coconut oil on before I wear it and this helps it melt into my skin

This is so far the best waist clincher I have used. It is very durable and firm but not uncomfortable. I am a size 16 UK and my waist is 39, I ordered a 4xlarge... PERFECT! I wore it for about 6hours and it was very comfortable with 24 bendable boned rods giving absolute support. These boned rods do not pop out to bruise your skin like other waist trainers I have used. All well stitched in the latex material. I cannot sing the praises of this product enough. I highly recommend. I will come back to give further review on how many inches I lost round my waist over time. Overall, excellent!!! I bought the bodysuit too.

Advice: Measure not only your waist around but also you torso. As this item was too long for me and had a slight odd fit to it on me.Also I used this item overnight without taking it off and wore it for more than a few days straight.I got scars from it in the end.So I'm just saying if you feel discomfort and itching, take it off immediately.I wouldn't recommend wearing it for as long as I did...it didn't exactly help to maintain a shape and just felt uncomfortable. The reason I wore it that long was because I wanted to progress fast in reducing the size of my waist. As the first time I put this waist trainer on it was hard to get it on quickly.

I love this, feels high quality, incredibly comfortable for something that has bones in and looks the part too. I originally purchased a small, and now I am moving onto a xs. I have been using this on and off for a month. I do like the idea of it waist training, but I use this more for posture, as I feel this forces me to sit straight. Worth the money!

Brilliant quality! Sizing is a bit off. I'm a size 8 so I got the 6-8 and it's loose even on the last hook as in photos!Can use for workouts so it ain't gonna go to waste. Gonna order a smaller size for throughout the day. Colour is beautiful😍❤️

Absolutely fab! Couldn't quite get it to go on, initially and with some struggle managed outer clasps, but I'm now on the inner clasps one month later and looking to buy the smaller one now. Just amazing under dresses for a great shape. Incredible well made and managed to contain all my flab very effectively and reduce my waist over time. Yay!!

Go a size down in this its bloody massive. Im a hippy 14 and got the recommended size and its massive. I love the length thats the only great thong about it. And its not sturdy or strong for training or support. Only thing this would be good for is trying to flatten stomach under a top. Definitely not for waist training or back support. Really disappointed after all the good reviews to waste the money.
