Casting Epoxy Resin, 2 Part epoxy Kit, Art, Small Clear Castings and Decorative Applications, 1 Gallon Kit

When it was clear, it was invisible clear. Quickly. It didn't need more than 45sec stirring at most, with few bubbles. If left sit for a couple min, any bubbles would disperse on their own.There were times when it wasn't so clear. Most of those times it was because my tools hadn't been properly cleaned btwn pours. But there were a small # of times when there was no reason for the cloudiness."Play time" was adequate. About 15min before it began getting warm if left unattended.After accumulating too many A bottles, I figured out I could get away with using 3g less of B than A with pours btwn 15-40g. So if I poured 20g of A, I'd only add 17g of B, then mix. This helped avoid running out B & having a dozen/+ A bottles with an oz/+. It added time for curing, but was otherwise just fine/unnoticeable.I did notice that after about a month, B began turning yellow in the bottle. Doesn't bode well for long term on clear projects. Something to keep aware of if you do clear.Lastly, ALWAYS use a mold release agent when using ANY brand of resin. Ppl tend to blame the resin or the mold. The problem is the user not using the mold release.Imagine baking a cake without greasing the cake pan 1st. Instead of your cake being torn apart, the pan is stuck to the cake instead. Same thing with resin. The mold MUST be prepared too. Common sense.Otherwise, it's resin. 🤷‍♀️ No magic tricks to report.

I love this resin! Such ease, constantly gives great results, and barely any bubbles! My definite, "Go To" Resin!! 😍

Doesn’t degass as much as some other similar priced epoxies. It cures in about 24hrs. It becomes pliable pretty easily when it gets warm. I made a shot flight and the handle was bending when it got to warm on a hot day. It bends back and this can be normal with resin. But seemed like it may have been a little extra soft compared to other epoxy. Worked great as a think coat on wood tho.

This resin works very well. I like it a lot I will be purchasing more. Very little bubble if any at all

Clear coats and small molds work fine.I’ve poured 3/8 deep mold, and they overheated and destroyed my product that I was making

UPDATE: This is embarrassing. Seems I mixed the resin incorrectly. I did 1:1 by weight instead of volume. After correcting this, the resin has cured beautifully and unlike others, I find the odor vaguely pleasant. I am upgrading my review to 5 stars.Wish I’d read these reviews before spending the money. I’ve tried several mix/pours. They all end up the consistency of Laffy taffy. I was so excited about using my new molds. So disappointed!!!
