I bought this kit to use with my platform bed. I decided to use the two roll kit to make sure i would have enough length. Also wanted this kit to work with all the other led strips in the house, as they are all alexa controlled. As you can see in the pictures, they were plenty long enough. In fact, i had to cut one side as they were longer than i had needed. Unfortunately the strips did not stick to the faux leather surface of the bed. So i ended up buying some led attachment clips from amazon and attached them that way. They’re nice and snug with no hanging or drooping. Initially they connected to my wifi network and to my echo dot without issue. However, after about 3 days, the wifi controller disconnected from alexa and i had a hard time reconnecting it. After a few hours, i was able to reconnect with the echo dot and all is well currently. Going off-line is a common issue with all of these wifi controllers and it tends to be very frustrating and time consuming getting everything back on track. But when it works, it works well. I am happy with them overall and would order them again.

I will say that the lights so far work well, the two issues I have is the small connection pins are not easy to work with and make sure you connect the power pins with the ARROWS meeting as they have a very small hard to see arrow on one side or they won't light up. The lights were installed and stayed on the wall for about 3 days and now are falling down. This is a brand new house with latex wall paint. Now I have to spend $30 on a good quality 3m double sided tape to fix the poor quality tape they use! I would suggest looking at another mfg.

I bought 1 set for my daughters birthday and a few more for myself. So glad I did! She loves hers I came with an adhesive so for her she just peeled off the backing and stuck it to her wall behind her desk. I own an ice cream truck and on set was plenty took the extra time to get aluminum channel and foggy plastic to get a professionally installed look but still able to do it myself! The rest are night time runners in our kitchen and bathrooms. So easy and my favorite part is the dimmer cause it goes really bright to so soft. I gave one set to my friend as an early Christmas present when I visited she has a costal design in her house so this match so well and was easy to install now her house looks like it’s on HGTV

I just finished hanging up my lights and it was super easy with the back of the strips already having adhesive on them. The only problem I had was figuring out where to put them! I even set them up to run with music which looks so awesome. Its like my den is a perpetual party now! Cant wait to sync them to my tv and watch them flash to video games! The app is very responsive and just works GREAT. It even let's you choose different flashing modes and thousands of colors and brightness settings My Google home also controls them instantly and painlessly. Good quality lights at a reasonable price. 10/10 would get again!

love it. took like 5 mins or so to set up the app on my phone, but after that it worked!!I would recommend that if you putting them up and wait for few days (like me who didn't have my shelfs up just half) I would say WAIT!! lol once the cable is bend at a position, it's gonna take a while to replace if you have extra length if not.. that sucks.. that happened to me.. I should have waited but I was too exicted.. but I fixed it with no issues now. I really like it it brights my room really nice and syncs with music as well.. 10 stars if I could!

These lights look wonderful and function perfectly. You can mount them virtually anywhere due to the sticky adhesive on the back and they provide great back-lighting for whatever your purpose. One of the things that really sets these apart from the others is you have the ability to control the lights using your phone as a remote control. This helps solve so many headaches of trying to find the remote when you want to adjust the settings. Highly recommended to anyone looking to add a lighting source.

I've had them installed for 9 months in my kitchen. It's a large open space with the dinning area sharing the same "room". The sticky backing made putting it up really easy and helps with a clean look when they are not on. I've run them through both the app and Alexa which worked flawlessly both ways. The only hiccup is when power is lost, you have to reconnect through a the startup process, but that is nature of the beast as it were. I only gave 4 star for the install as trying to maintain a clean look and keeping the connectors together was a bit of a pain. Liberal us of tape was needed as a temporary "hold this thing here" to get around the issue. I would still recommend these to anyone who loves to getting creative with lighting!
